GETTING STARTED WITH EASYMEETING
An easymeeting™ account is required if you need to create your own meetings, send invitations to participants and use the easymeetingOnCall S instant messaging component.
If someone invites you to their meeting, you can join as a participant without creating an account. However, if the host has restricted joining meetings using authentication profiles, then the participant will need an easymeeting™ account to access the meeting.
You can download the latest version of easymeeting™
here.
We regularly provide new versions of the easymeeting desktop client and mobile app to release new features and fix bugs. We recommend upgrading to the latest version once it is available.
You can reset your password anytime at easymeetingscheduler/GetPassword.aspx

easymeeting™ sessions can be joined also when no webcam is installed on the device: in such a case, however, you will not be able to transmit video of yourself. You will still be able to listen and speak during the meeting, and view the webcam video of other participants.

There are many factors that can cause echo, such as participants with computer or phones speakers that are too close to each other, speakers that are too loud or even a bad microphone. easymeeting™ includes an integrated echo canceller , which automatically activates when no headset is connected to the device.
All participants can record locally to their computer unless this feature has been disabled by the admin. To start recording, click on the videotape icon displayed on the side toolbar.
By default, all recorded sessions are locally saved within the “Session” folder in in the easymeeting™ client data directory, but a different path can be selected when starting to record.
